Fusion security options

1. Click on "Security options" button.
   
   
   
2. Click here to select how attachments links can be accessed when moved to the cloud service.
   
   
   
3. You can toggle "Use a security policy" to select a policy for your security options instead of setting them manually.

4. Click here to select how email message and attachments links can be accessed when moved to the cloud service. Available by adding a shortcode (#hipaa, #ferpa, #sec or #compliant) to the email's subject line.
   
   
   
5. You can toggle "Use a security policy" to select a policy for your security options instead of setting them manually.

1. To Insert a paperclip with links for replaced attachments toggle this option.
   
   
   
2. Toggle this option to activate Secure Email for all emails, regardless of end user actions.
   
   
   

Security options manual setting

1. Select access scope for attachments and link once they've moved to the cloud service.
2. Access to the links will expire after the specified number of days.
   
   
3. If you toggle this option recipients will be redirected to the cloud storage viewer instead to be able to download.
