When you create a Journal rule on Exchange, and you send the "Journal reports" to mxHero, mxHero is able to understand this format and archive that message into the cloud storage account.
- Go to Mail2Cloud Dashboard.
- Click on 'Add New' button at Archiving Address panel.
- Select the account where your emails will be stored (In this case we use 'Box service account' to do that you need a Box Business account or Box Enterprise account previously configured at Mail2Cloud dashboard).
- Select to save 'at Folder'
- Click on folder button to select a custom location in your cloud storage for your emails.
- Go to advanced options and toggle:
- 'Save attachments'
- 'Save message as pdf'
- 'Save message as an .eml source file'
- 'Save attachments'
- Copy the 'Archiving address' by clicking on it.
- Click on 'Create the account' button.
