Setting up a BOX Enterprise or Business account

The following configuration is highly recommended to better handle your BOX integration.

To configure the Box enterprise ID for Mail2Cloud you will need either a Box Enterprise account or a Box Business account.

  1. Access to your admin console using an BOX Enterprise or Bussines account.
  2. Click on the gear on the right at the top menu bar.

  3. Select "Bussiness Settings" option.

  4. Click on "Apps" button at the top menu bar.

  5. Scroll down to "Custom applications" section.
  6. Click on "Authorize new App" button.

  7. Enter MxHero Mail2Cloud API Key for mail2cloud B2B. (3qjybyfh5w6ah97qn1oddmmjtcjxit6t) If you have an on-prem installation this key will be different.

  8. Click on "Authorize" button.
  9. Click on "Account info" at the top menu bar.

  10. Copy the Enterprise ID number.

  11. Access to Mail2Cloud Dashboard.
  12. Click on "Domains" button at top menu bar.

  13. Click on "Box settings" button.

  14. Paste the number copied from step 10 in the field "Box Enterprise Id".

  15. Click on "Save settings" button on the right.
