Reports › Notifications lists the alerts mxHERO raised for your organization in the last 30 days: storage accounts that lost access, rules that failed, directory syncs with problems, malware found in mxHERO Shares, and more. Check it when something doesn't work as expected, or follow the link from a notification digest email.

Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| A notification you saw earlier is gone | Notifications are kept for 30 days | Use Email Flow Logs (1 year) or User Activity (1 year) for older events. |
| No notifications at all | Nothing has needed attention, or the date range or filters are too narrow | Set Notification Level and Notification Type to All and widen the dates. |
The same storage_credential_no_access appears every day |
The account still isn't re-authorized. mxHERO repeats it once a day for up to 7 days. | Re-authorize the account, or remove it if it's no longer used. |
| The code shows "Other notification" | The dashboard doesn't recognize the code | Expand it for details and contact support if it repeats, quoting the Id. |
