These terms apply to applications published by mxHERO Labs and distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. They do not replace the mxHERO Terms of Service, which govern Mail2Cloud and the other mxHERO services.

| Governing law | The laws of the State of California, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. |
| Disputes | You agree to try to resolve a dispute informally with mxHERO first. |
| EU users | Consumers in the European Union keep the mandatory protections of their local law. |
| US legal compliance | You confirm you are not in an embargoed country or on a US restricted-party list. |
| Translations | If a translation differs, the English text prevails. |
| Changes | mxHERO gives at least 30 days' notice of material changes. |
