If you are unable to get Save & Share working below are some possible reasons and solutions. If none of these solutions works for you please do not hesitate to get in touch with our team.

Corrupt Installation

Sometimes the installation process does not properly execute. This may be caused by a corrupt installation package due to a download error or other reasons.

To fix:

  1. Uninstall the existing Save & Share 
  2. Download Save & Share again
    1. For the Outlook plugin
      1. Close Outlook
      2. Access the Windows Control Panel
      3. Uninstall Software > Save & Share
      4. Reinstall from the newly downloaded file
  3. Test again


Firewall Settings

Corporate firewalls may need to be configured to allow Save & Share to work properly. Because Save & Share uses Mail2cloud's backend services to convert messages to PDF, extract attachments, etc., firewalls should be configured to allow traffic to: (HTTPS with default port 443)
