Case: Replace inbound attachments with Box links

Use case summary

Save up to 90% on email storage and network costs by automatically replacing attachments sent to your organization with Box links.

1. Go to Mail2Cloud Dashboard. 
2. Click on 'Add New' button at Fusion panel.
   
   
   
3. Select "From" option.
   
   
   
4. Type an email, group or select the domain for whom you want to apply this rule.
   
   
   
5. Select "Anyone" to apply the rule to any recipient, within the company or outside the company
   
6. Set Fusion rule option in 'Move'
   
7. 
   
   
8. At tracking options select 'Do not track'.
   
   
9.  Select 'Insert' a "paperclip" on messages with cloud storage links.
   
   
   
10. Click on 'Advanced options' button.
    
    
11. Toggle 'Only apply Fusion rule to attachments over a certain size' and set the desired size.
    
    
12. Toggle 'Do not overwrite existing messages'.
    
    
    
13. Toggle 'Save message as PDF'.
    
    
    
14. Click on 'Create this rule' button.
